What Makes Upgraded Glutathione Different

The first option works, but it doesn’t raise glutathione levels very high. There is also a lot of variation in the quality of these supplements. Some whey proteins and N-acetyl cysteine supplements work well, and others don't. When you consume glutathione in food, it’s usually destroyed by your digestive system and doesn’t do you any good. To overcome this problem, the most effective oral glutathione supplements contain glutathione molecules that are encased in small fats called liposomes. These capsules protect the glutathione from the digestive process and allow it to be absorbed into the body. However, some brands use low quality hydrogenated fats to hold their glutathione, which are inflammatory.
